my settings are D3D12 (DirectX12) 1440P High settings Dlss Balanced getting 77-90 FPS with this settings and game looks amazing

Turn Anti aliasing to Low, with high it’s crazy blurry, I also turned on the dynamic resolution to 3800 so everything is nice & crisp! 65-89 FPS or so

No idea if the game is just kind of unoptimized, but I'm a little disappointed with its performance. Been playing it the past couple days and generally stick to 1440p mixed high-medium DLSS Balanced. Hovers around 90-110 fps. Maybe this game just makes me want a 3080 more lol.

With optimised settings yes (Fog - none), if you have good Rams that helps. Maybe not full RT, but basic RT should be doable.

@@metalaras999 ddr5? You should be good then, you could potentially max everything, you need to upscale tho, dlss, quality or balanced, set anti aliasing to low else the image gets blurry & set fog to none if you need extra frames.

@@metalaras999 above 8x I think you’re referring to a anisotropic filtering, yeah that’s best as high as you can go, in DL2 Anti aliasing blurs out the game to smooth out the edges, in short… on low it does perfect job, high is just reducing the quality, you should get easy 60+ fps, also set FOV to +15, it’s more realistic & feels better.

Почему не тянет? Выше комментом писал на высоких в 1440p 60-70фпс стабильно, с длсс качество 85-95! Без лучей конечно)

Ray tracing is really nonsense it drops your fps like hell and for what a bit of shadows ? meh DLSS is a life safer on the other hand

Ray tracing in this game makes a lot of diffdrence.. Shadows are the least impossibile one, check out the global illumination setting and you'll understand

And the whole point is that rt is not only shadows. Global illumination rt has the lightning system reworked. So that light that lands on a red surface for example will give red glow to things around it.

DLSS is pretty bad to be honest for when you own decent hardware. Sharp graphics > ray tracing on with DLSS and a terribly blurred image. Sure you can play with the sharpness setting and mitigate some of that but imo it still screws with the whole experience. I would love to lean on that but whenever I try it again as an alternative my eyes melt.
