Never been to New York yet he has a Brooklyn accent. I know of another Wisconsin KZbinr with Connecticut/Yonkers accent and it is mildly close. However, there is another KZbinr who has Dylan's exact voice they can be almost voice twins but Dylan has a lisp at the end.
