Which is odd to me. This is a TAS, which means tool assisted speed run. There wasn't really much about this that conveyed speedrun, nor was this turbo. Turbo tas runs allow for instant cancels on all moves, which if you've watched terminalmontage, a turbo run resembles his portrayal of melee fox.

Looks great! I think the motion blur works really well, even for 60 fps games. It looks like you also have some ambient occlusion, bloom and specular reflections as well, which look quite good too.

The AO and other effects are possible through custom shaders on the Ishiiruka side branch of Dolphin. I've been fine-tuning them over the last couple of Smash videos, and I think I've hit the sweetspot. The motion blur was achieved in post-production, though the final product took over 4 hours to export with it, due to the increased rendering time.

The motion blur is a video effect (RSMB) while the other effects were achieved through custom shaders on a custom branch of Dolphin. So, half of it is real, while the other half isn't. There might be a motion blur shader available for Dolphin, but I'm not sure if it exists.
