Honestly, out of all the mega pkmn that are coming this rotation, I seriously can't wait for mega Altaria. Ik it doesn't have usage besides candy, but it's my favorite pokemon. Great video as always!

In max monday they should give us some more particle in the day. What's the point having max day when you have same amount of particle as normal?

Would I like extra incentives to do Max Mondays? Yes, absolutely. However, Raid Hours don't give extra raid passes, so it does not surprise me at all that Max Mondays don't give extra particles.

@@dittobase fair but that shouldn’t be an excuse imo, if anything it’s time raid hours got some kind of bonus even something as simple as higher chance at rare xls or 1.5x dust/xp

I wasn't able to do Gigantamax Charizard and I need lots of candy to power up my dynamax charizard, so this event is quite nice. I would actually recommend it for those who did manage to get Gigantamax charizard because of the extra candy (unless you already have enough of those)

Personally, I'm still doing the Max Monday even if I have a 96 Gigantamax Charizard and two 93 Dynamax Charizards. Just upgrading them cost a lot of candy (Even if I have ~250 candy and ~40 xl) We are still in the harvest festival. So the x2 catch candy is still active and it will help me farm my charizards candies. Plus, I'm currently farming beldum candies by putting beldums after defeating a power spot. Max Monday will bring more fights so more candies for my 2 Dynamax Metagross. Their shield were usefull for Gigantamax Gengar and will be usefull for Gigantamax Toxtricity! I can't wait to farm Drilburs and the rest of my charmanders will be gifts to my friends who can't play 👀 Sorry for the text 😅 TL;DR: Powerspot are usefull for candies. Harvest Festival for x2 catch candy and Max Monday will bring more fight if your pokemon is in a power spot (so more candy once it returns to you)

These are all great points! I played Charmander Community Day and Beldum Community Day so I wasn’t thinking about the candy, but I realize not everyone was playing those events so thanks for the callouts!

I like that we have a lot of events to choose from now. Realistically, I'll probably only do the Drilbur Max Monday this month, but maybe we'll see a Beldum Max Monday in December?! One can dream.

I can never get a good shadow rhyhorn and ive tried so many times from grunts... with excadrill i would have thought mud shot not mud slap is better in pvp?

didn’t get a great gmax charizard but have a 98 dmax charizard.. don’t know which to power up 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe wait? not many do gmax here unless it’s a special event. 2:05

I think we found you a good plan in Discord, but yeah I'd just wait a bit and see what comes. Maybe we'll get some Charmander in the wild and you could power up both? Maybe Charizard doesn't really get used much until next year. I think just be patient for now, you may end up powering up both in the end.

Drilbur will be spawining in the wild during Simply Groundbreaking. I am low on Drilbur candy too. Don't forget to trade your Drilbur for extra XL candy as well.

Best advide imo is just catch everything. Good stuff, bad stuff, doesnt matter. Catch every pokemon you can. The stardust is so necessary for so many things. Ppl online show off their crazy perfect iv shiny legendaries and stuff, but you can definitely do great with a core group of fully powered up pokemon. My go to fire attacker is still an Arcanine ive had since 2016 that has terrible IVs, i just like it so have kept using it and its always been plenty strong

@ yeah I do follow the rule of catching everything and i’m being patient with my stardust currently have 320k ,, i js dont think my “core” group of pokemon are useful in the meta
