Nice video! This is the warm up exercise I use for my workout. I want to ask if you have alternatives for the spine rockers? I don't want to curl around the floor because the floor is dirty, lol

Sad that a lot of people don't pay attention to important stuff like this. Last time I practiced without warming up first I vomited within ten minutes.
