I love your videos man I'm going to buy and download all of them later this week. I haven't trained in years and am fat now and my Muay Thai coach moved away so all that is left around here are crappy kickboxing coaches who basically box and throw kicks sometimes and they even kinda suck at that. I'm mainly training again to get fit and to relearn the technique or maybe learn it better than before. Thanks man.

Great vid! I take private tae kwon do and muay thai (I use back kicks and spinning back kicks and some other things incorporated into Muay Thai, along with stepping and shuffling....basically to keep me from getting nailed haha) and it's funny both instructors use nearly this exact warm up. The hip opening with the knees where you go up and around then step step step then other side is funny. Hmm maybe they stalking your vids haha.

My coach taught us to do standing kicks as a warmup is that doable consistently? I get really tired sometimes after using them

i often find that during the first hour of my 3 hour training sessions i feel nauseous and over tired, could this possibly be a result of not warming up properly?
@seanfagan8 жыл бұрын
Yes indeed!

Are these stretches specifically designed for a Muay Thai training session or could be used before any type of workout?
@alexandrealekseev22077 жыл бұрын
Muhammad Ali Faruqi They're meant to warm up your upper body and to help you throw kicks. I think you may consider doing some burpees in order to accelerate your heart rythm
