@@TrumpGaylord69 no it's not, because in fights you'll become predictable, and the opponent will also know that you suck at punching therefore he will try to fight within punching range

Hey I ´ve been following your workouts for 6 weeks now and I can see my kicking, striking getting much better, also my coordination and body movement are getting better and I feel more confident with my combos. I told you before that my shin Hurts badly after 40 kicks each (on a 80kg bag)... Two weeks later and I am able to do 70 each. :)

Hi. Do you alternate legs? Like if I do round house kicks with my right leg should I also do them with my left leg? Same with switch kick. Or does each leg.. dominant leg have its own kicks? Thanks… I'm new to this

IAM debating between a 5ft 100lbs or a banana bag 100lbs for home use.. Do u prefere the 6ft instead of the 5 ft for boxing and muay thai..my son and I will be using it at home...I already have double end bag and a round upper cut water bag Also I have some elbow tendonitis which somethimes it flares up so IAM looking for a soft bag.. My son likes the tear drop one.

I tried this the first 3 heavy bag workouts and man I did not know up until today how hard our bag is I don't even know what's inside it to since it's my dad's old heavy bag. Do you still recommend kicking the hard SOB? lol so effin painful. Cheers!!!!

Sean, on the rear roundhouse, are you bringing your leg more or less straight up and turning over your hip or bringing it more in an arc? And does the same apply to a leg kick? Thanks!

It depends on the situation, but most often times it’s straight up and a hip turn. Leg kicks are a bit different and varies depending on the style of kick you throw

I purchased both the medium kzbin.infoUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
