Suggestions for videos, please: * Clinching entries, counters, set ups and combos to create clinching openings. * Muay Thai throws snd sweeps, Set ups , counters , etc.. * Old school Muay Thai techniques.. * Muay Boran techniques * More fight stratigies videos.. Example.. How to read opponent, get out of corners, * More how to spar videos. The last 2 you filmed were brilliant and very helpful ..Thanks man !

@@seanfagan Maybe it's me but it looks like you're pushing the bag with your cross. And overall you're punching too low. You should shot the bag at the height of your eyes and upper if you're little. But the video was great

Please make more 20/30/40 minute heavy bag workouts!! It would make me so happy :) I love working out for 60-90 mins. Half the time spent doing heavy bag workouts, the other half strength training! Love following along with your videos because you focus on technique as well as going hard. And I love that there's no music in the background so I can blast my own bad bitch music while listening to your instructions! You help me so much with my mental heath too. Thank you so much

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags kzbin.infoUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

Honestly, you are a very good and easy teacher to follow. I am getting in shape and learning the basics to go Mauy Thai (dont wanna go like a total slob haha) and you videos are helping a lot. ! Just did this with a heart rate monitor on. My HR went through the roof at the balancing teeps. Those a a lot harder then it looks, when done right. Awesome workout for threshold / anaerobic conditioning. Massive value, thanks Sean!

Hey Sean. I love this video, I use it as a daily workout routine. I have a small amount of muah Thai experience, but these fundamentals are great as a repeating exercise. I do some simple KZbin searching to find videos that are long enough to be a good workout but still practice Muah Thai, and this video is the longest one. I would love a continuous 30 or even 40 minute workout video. I subscribed to your app as well, but smaller videos seem to be the most common. Would love a long one! Love your stuff, hope to do a vacation someday!

I just love Muay Thai and am glad I found you... As a old martial arts athlete (Jukaido, taekwondo and kick boxing) and we are talking about 20-25 years ago, I am seriously thinking about getting at it again and Muay Thai as been in my mind for a long time.
