His statics videos were amazing. "Hey look! He does mechanics of materials too!" And that's all I expected. Then suddenly, *HEY LOOK!* He does dynamics too! Literal madman of genius, I couldn't be more impressed lol.

I got a High Distinction for Statics, I could not have done that without your online Statics course. Just started Dynamics today. I realise it takes a lot of time to make these videos but I really appreciate them. Thank you.

How do you make it seem so simple and my instructor makes me feel like i'm learning a foreign language, I understand it's more about understanding what is given in the problem and what you are solving for, but conceptually you do a fantastic job at explaining the theory behind the subject.

@Peter_19866 жыл бұрын
As far as I know, Rigid-Body Kinematics is part of a normal Dynamics course. If you want a good course book for Dynamics then I can highly recommend "Engineering Mechanics: Dynamics, 10th Edition" by R.C. Hibbeler, that book is fantastic and focuses a lot on example problems.

Don't know how useful it might be to you after 4 months but ill give it a try... he didn't use a specific formula, instead he just used the triangle that is formed by the vector Ar At and An and then used some basic trig formula (cos=adjacent/hypotenuse)

My physics professor told us centrifugal force isn't a real force 😮...I'm confused
@brandoncoover1025 жыл бұрын
It's because you aren't being pushed away from the center of the radius, it only feels like it. If you let go of a yoyo spinning, it'll fly tangent to the curve in a straight line, not directly away from the center like he described centrifugal force
