Lu Bu was a beast in DW3. I remember the first time I played Hu Lao Gate and Yuan Shao said "Don't pursue Lu Bu!!!" I thought I could beat him, though, so I went to fight him...he killed me in one hit. XD A wonderful experience, really. Taught me the importance of leveling up!

Great video, DW3 had many cool self sequences, especially with Lu Bu, even though he's the greatest warrior in the three kingdoms era of China, but sort of a villain somewhat, these self sequences in the battles show he's truly on their side....so very good, 10/10 Lu Bu has always been my favorite in all ROTK/DW/WO series....

Great! Really brings back memories of when my first x-box wasn't broken, and my second x-box... I'd play DW 3 alot, and I only used Lu Bu's first Y charge attack when I played as him. It cleared away anyone close to you.

Thanks for the video! I remember this was my second DW game after DW2, and the young me was really excited to use Lu Bu whom I couldn't use in the previous game! (though years later I discovered the cheat.) The whole game (DW3XL) is pretty unique in the series in that KOEI actually wrote a story for each of the 'Others' characters. I actually wish they'd bring back the warrior bodyguard system hehe. Very nostalgic indeed! :)

I've always loved how since that 300 movie came out everyone just loves Spartans. Thing is Phalanx is a decent tactic against peasants and generals who can't strategize. Chinese would easily out maneuver any Spartan Phalanx tactic. Romans would put up more of a fight, but Chinese were a bit more ahead in technological terms at the time.
