In this episode, I go to ECU Program to tune my car. We had some misfires that weren't there before we installed the tune. After we installed the tune, a misfire in Cylinder 3 started to get worse. We decided to install new NGK spark plugs and swap Ignition coils 3 & 4 to find out if we needed new spark plugs or a 1 new Ignition Coil. Turns out it was only the spark plugs. Almost 5 hours later the car was finished, I ended up getting 228hp/289tq @ the wheels.

I’ve also got b7 a4 2.0t with a cattles down pipe and I saw huge improvements in performance. The only difference is I run a eurodyne stage 2 flash tune for the 2.0t fsi. I don’t have any tuners around me that can tune my car so I’ve never looked into dyno tuning it

No big issue. Did replace the rear coolant flange. Oil was leaking front the vaccum pump. Easy fix. Before that did timing belt; water pump, and thermostat. Didn't know the history of the car so just did it. Just regular maintenance. Will be doing transmission oil change soon.

I had mine remapped for stage 2 on monday just gone. Mine made 290BHP, 225WHP and 326.8 lb FT. Forget Revo! Custom tune is deffo the way to go. 171000 miles now.

@@MarioKay I believe its 1.2bar. Its a non genuine turbo. The tuner said it could have made more if it was a real borgwarner ko3. The annoying thing is, the shop that fitted it sold it to me as a genuine borgwarner... He tried 1.3 but the turbo couldnt handle it. So i backed it off slightly.

@@MarioKay Also, I dont have a front mount intercooler, just stock ones and stock high presssure fuel pump. It does have K04 injectors though as my K03 ones were not performing and cleaning didnt fix them. K04s are half the price of K03s. Its just ECS sports cat, miltek cat back and ECS intake but with genuine K&N filter and new turbo and colder spark plugs (7s).

Hi, invoice for tuning says map for pop & bangs has no adjustment only on or off, are you able to turn it on/off or do they mean, you either have it or you don’t? Thanks

So after a few months.... I've noticed that I get about 350-375kms/220 miles per tank 😐 roughly 14.6L/100kms/16mpg If you drive it nice and slow to save fuel.... Ummm..... it doesn't save much fuel! Just drive it hard and enjoy, you're not saving much unless you're going on highway and just cruising long distance

REVO Stage 1 + Carbon Clean 40+ MPG at 70mph on a flat road. In the 50mpg's at 50-60mph. If you want good fuel economy get the carbon clean done and get Michelin Cross Climate 2 tyres. They have a really LOW rolling resistance. May not be the best choice if you live in an always warm climate tho.

The most power Audi gave these 2.0TFSI engines was 220BHP / 162KW. I have a REVO stage 1, and its 260BHP with 300+ nm. Seems a bit odd that your numbers are so low for your stage 2, compared to Revo stage 1. I still have my CAT.

@@MarioKay flat road 70mph 40s mpg. 50-60 mph its in the 50s. Crusing around town not trying to be economical its on 35. Thats with UK 99 Ron fuel, which is same as U.S 93 I think, whatever your premium is.

How come you have way more HP than I do with tune but less torque? I have with stage 2 240HP and 377NM Different tuners the reason?

She's a beauty!! Funny how such a headache can come from spark plugs haha! I'm out in South Africa with an S line as well, I can't seem to find mudflaps to fit mine, did you modify these? Also your boot spoiler is sick!! Where's it from? I just got the car with 64000km on the clock, so everything is still bone stock :(

B6 and B7 has not at all the same. It is one thing, that the single frame was introduced with B7, but also the first (in the World) direct injected and mass produced turbo engine (tfsi) is introduced with this generation, so it is a part of the history of engineering now, since nowadays every car manufacturer uses direct injected turbo technology in their petrol based engines...

How many miles on engine and trans? I just did a top end rebuild, would you say the cars reliability won't be affected by the tune. How aggressive is it? I've had mine for 2 years and yes everything will start falling apart but I got mine with 171k.

Those are 18x8 Ronal wheels made for Audi that came factory with the titanium package.

Hi, what bhp do these come standard where you are? In the uk the BWE engine comes standard I believe with 200ps (197bhp)

In the UK we can also get them with the 2.0 turbo BUL engine which is 216hp stock, saying that im sure the US also has that engine available in the b7, they seem to get the DTM models with V8's but we get them with the 2.0 turbo BUL engine.

@@chickenchaser3213 yeah I'm in UK, Scotland and got the b7 with the BUL engine, 220 hp with slightly bigger front discs stock. It's only front wheel drive though so traction can be poor

Will get an CEL on dash saying cat performing below normal, i fitted a 90 degree 02 spacer on the downstream cat sensor which tricks the Ecu and clears the light

1. Your 3.0 did not get faster, you're still well below 200whp. 2. These cars aren't as bad as people make them seem, but you need to have tools, garage space, and some level of mechanical aptitude.
