This helpful! In fact, I wish I had seen this 2 months ago when I started having dysphoria “attacks”. About 3 times a day I had to withdraw completely, lie in the corner of my bed against the wall, and put on headphones to block everything out. It forced me to finally make an appointment with a therapist who confirmed I felt gender dysphoria. My girlfriend had no idea what was triggering me or how to help. I felt bad telling her “please do not exist or even breathe near me “ when the moment before I was fine. Especially because I didn’t know WHY I kept needing to shut myself off. Now we both know I was shutting myself off from MYSELF. Anyone willing to go on KZbin and talk about this is helping.
