And 2/ they edited the song recently and the band members did not mind at all, even defending the edit as being better, because it had the chance of not making people feel uncomfortable. And on top of that, Shane McGowan did just die, so that also made that little bit of time feel kind of bad, honestly.

I had a funny interaction with the Nordic deck when playing against the Graydle AI. After stealing Odin the AI continuously used his effect, which gave him back to me each turn.

Doug playing Brain con vs a deck that only special summons lol. Also Doug your deck may had cards from "10 years ago" but they do have a link 1 monster which wasn't around the deck 10 years ago. If that link 1 was around for Nordics then that deck would've been almost unstoppable.

This episode makes it seem like the Nordic pack would be an interesting consideration if you unlocked it in Saga. In that format that are going to be quite a few decks that would struggle to out one of the Aesir cards. Not to mention the Link 1 is straight up cracked.

I think MBT's hands of missing most of the parts necessary to conduct a ritual summon every game really show cases why ritual decks aren't so good at least pure without the support.

Although this does raise the question of what happens if there ends up being an odd number of packs left when this all ends, and what will happen if there is only one pack left at the end.

We've hit the same pack a few times, although it is pretty rare! Fun fact: when I originally came up with Roulette it was supposed to be all mirrors. Episode 1 is a mirror for this reason but after that episode I pivoted to two different decks
