I love the high intensity, low impact of your workouts. They are easy to follow and do and most of all, they are effective. My muffin top is smaller today than it was two months ago when I started this workout. I do these with you or by myself and I can definitely feel and see the difference. Sometimes I add weights to some of the exercises. Many thanks.

Is a tiring exercise but helps to stretch and reduce pain. Some positions almost can't lift their legs but try to follow all of the positions. Is a 30 minute worthwhile and very happy. Thank you very much.

Thank you for this 30 min walk. I've not exercised in several years, so needless to say I will have to build up my stamina, even for this low impact .I also have a torn rotator cuff injury so some of the movements are difficult. I've been viewing the various exercise videos on your site and hopefully I will be able to "advance" to some of them, over a "long" time of patience and perseverance. Thank you again for all the videos on your site!

Some of this is not good for rotator cuffs all that arm swinging. Take your time. Not working out and then working out takes work but also baby steps. I do body weight exercises this stuff is faster paced and cardio which takes working up to

Thry say it takes 21 days to form a habit. Day 1: Wasn't too bad went all the way to the end. 👏👏👏 Day 2: Woke up in pain. Did it again. Body started feeling heavy within the second round. Tried not looking at the timer. Went all the way. Yay me. 👏👏👏 Day 3: Decided to try the 20min walking exercise. Paused the video and rested for a few minutes at least 3 times. (Note to self: stick to 30 mins. For a bit longer) my aching thighs. But I went all the way again. 💃🕴💪🎉 Day 4: Bring it.

I've just done this exercise! There are million of exercise videos in KZbin but I normally just lay down in a couch and watch. They are too hard, too fast, or too complicated for me. This video is the real exercise for beginners and it get me out of the sofa! Thanks😘

I was in a diet last year and doing this on mondays, wednesdays and fridays i lost like 12 lbs per month. It was a low intensity meal plan and i lost around 25-26 lbs in 2-3 months. Because of school, i didn't put importance on my eating habits and lost the diet. Unfortunately i gained that weight and more in quarantine. Last week, i once again started a more intense diet. I started doing this cardio again aswell and it is very accomodative for my requeriments. I just wanted to say that it is never late to start a healthy life. Little by little, you gain condition and inspiration. Please. Never give up.

Update 07.24. I've lost 17 lbs. My nutriologist told me i was going too fast and ended my intermitent fasting. This is advice from a noob. Please, alwas go with a pro. It will be easier. Planning on doing keto another half month and then regularly introduce a 'normal' diet to my body.

40분짜리도 좋고 얘도 좋음. 더 따라할 수 있는게 많아서 그런지 쉬지 않고 해서 땀이 줄줄 남. 진짜 d질거 같다 할때 쪼끔만더 마지막 세트니까 힘내자고 하시는데 15초만 숨참자고 해놓고 자 5초만 더 하는 필라테스 선생님 같은데 그 말땜에 계속 열심히 함

Due to my knee injury I stopped going to gym eventually I gained weight. I started searching for workout videos but most of the workouts put pressure on knees except abs one. 1 week ago I found this channel yesterday I started with bts medley workout, after 10 min I gave up and started telling to myself since its 1st day 10min is good one . . And today I did this workout ! after 10 min.. same thoughts like yesterday BUT I DIDN'T GIVE UP THIS TIME I pushed myself saying " it's just my brain which is tired not my body" At the end I completed 30min workout IF I CAN DO IT YOU ALL CAN TOO PS: btw I'm overweight 169cm 85kg. So think once again whether you can or not before giving up in middle.

After watching loads of fitness videos like light cardio video, dance move cardio etc... But this video encourages me to start because it makes me think that at least I can manage to follow throughout the whole video. Day 1 of me trying to “exercise” while watching this. I feel like dying after 10 min. I can’t do much But I managed to push through the whole video. Side knee up is a killer to me. Overall, I feel good because I’m sweating!! Everyone fighting!!!! 💪💪💪

십 년 차 여자 헬린이입니다 매번 새로운 동작을 찾아서 한다고 해도 새로운 느낌은커녕 자극을 주는 부위가 거기서 거기인 느낌이었는데 이거 따라 하고 재미와 활력과 상쾌함 세 가지를 얻게 됐습니다 감사합니다 동작이 그렇게 힘들 건 없고 처음엔 힘주라는 부위에 힘줘 가며 리듬 타면서 하는 운동이 어색했는데 두어 번 하다 보니 잘되네요 무엇보다 눈호강 가장 굿 ^^

When I first started I thought "this will be too easy to do," and got myself a set of 5 lbs dumbbells to hold onto... Into 5 minutes of following them I started to sweat and my shoulders were burning. If you don't have 2, 3, or 5 lbs of dumbbells at home, try it with two bottles of water and will raise up the intensity a bit more.

I can't even survive 4 mins tabata workout of them and then they'll just drop this 30 mins bomb on us. 😂 Thank you tho! I'll try this tomorrow and see if I'll die (no doubt).

Side knee up is EXHAUSTING ! I’ve been doing this twice and my i cant even do the side knee routine properly yet. And this is definitely easier than the 4 mins tabata. Please do more 30 mins video like this , pretty please 🥺

Hi! Umm I never really comment on youtube videos but I just have to thank you guys for this video. I haven't done any exercise for months and this was so exhausting but it just made me realize that I need to start taking care of myself more. I'm an 18-year-old girl and I so worried that I might get diabetes or something at this rate. Idk if it was your abs or those smiles😂 or something but even though I was exhausted I still did the whole exercise! More videos like this please! I had to like and subscribe as soon as this video ended coz it was so good!
