Hello, everyone!
In the meantime, we've introduced four minutes of high intensity exercise on Allblanc TV.
For the first time, we've designed an aerobic routine that you can easily follow at home.
This is a simple exercise you can do at home and sweat like rain.
In the video, you can see that Mark and I are sweating a lot over time.
We planned and experienced it ourselves, and the consumption of calories in this exercise was great. Especially because of the high calorie consumption, we also felt that the lower abdomen became more rigid and slimmer:)

i love this so much! just finished it. i am retired, and have let myself go. these i can do. i have arthritis and it helps with the pain, while getting me stronger and healthier.

I ran yesterday and wanted an easy workout to do today... Ummm, this was challenging! I made it all the way through but my upper body is super weak! I definitely need to keep doing this. And I got to practice my listening skills and numbers too! 감사합니다!

Thank you for this 30 min walk. I've not exercised in several years, so needless to say I will have to build up my stamina, even for this low impact .I also have a torn rotator cuff injury so some of the movements are difficult. I've been viewing the various exercise videos on your site and hopefully I will be able to "advance" to some of them, over a "long" time of patience and perseverance. Thank you again for all the videos on your site!

Some of this is not good for rotator cuffs all that arm swinging. Take your time. Not working out and then working out takes work but also baby steps. I do body weight exercises this stuff is faster paced and cardio which takes working up to

I love the high intensity, low impact of your workouts. They are easy to follow and do and most of all, they are effective. My muffin top is smaller today than it was two months ago when I started this workout. I do these with you or by myself and I can definitely feel and see the difference. Sometimes I add weights to some of the exercises. Many thanks.

I am in Beijing and can't go to any gym at the moment due to the coronavirus situation. After a few weeks isolated in my apartment and office, I started to gain weight again and was feeling unhappy. 처음에 따라할 때는 어려운 동작은 아니여서 쉽게 봤는데 운동 다하고 나니깐 땀이 주루륵 흐르네요. 저번에는 타바타 운동 따라 했는데 오늘은 요거 해봤어요. 양질의 운동 영상 올려주셔서 감사합니다.

Hi! Umm I never really comment on youtube videos but I just have to thank you guys for this video. I haven't done any exercise for months and this was so exhausting but it just made me realize that I need to start taking care of myself more. I'm an 18-year-old girl and I so worried that I might get diabetes or something at this rate. Idk if it was your abs or those smiles😂 or something but even though I was exhausted I still did the whole exercise! More videos like this please! I had to like and subscribe as soon as this video ended coz it was so good!

Side knee up is EXHAUSTING ! I’ve been doing this twice and my i cant even do the side knee routine properly yet. And this is definitely easier than the 4 mins tabata. Please do more 30 mins video like this , pretty please 🥺

I LOVED this workout. It was manageable and I was still a bit sore the next day. Additionally I put on my own music and felt like I was going for a power walk with three gorgeous guys 😁 please do more workouts like this one

I don't know why I only find your videos +3 years after but I feel this will be my life saver! I've litteraly injured myself couple of times before and during covid due to heavy weight lifting and repetitive tasks at work, ending up with neck hernia, biceps tendinitis and chronic contracture in my whole left trapezius. All this followed by excess fatigue and lack of energy, probably a lot of people would recognize themselves there. I've been struggling to find low impact videos to get back on tracks and without feeling too much pain afterwards causing a disruption in a routine. Sometimes it's too heavy for the neck or the wrists too! I'm now restarting from scratch, a complete noob with a breathing like a horse at the end of its life! I'm writing this right after exercising with a dance training from another channel and this video and I must say that you guys have the right format. I feel relaxed after this one! I can completely envision myself reflecting in a mirror during the exercises and the fact you're 3 or 4 persons doing it kinda hypnotize the brain to keep going 😸 I had a hard time with the "pull down" exercise which I'd like to replace because of my neck problem, however the whole video wasn't too hard to complete. I've just done this exercise! There are million of exercise videos in KZbin but I normally just lay down in a couch and watch. They are too hard, too fast, or too complicated for me. This video is the real exercise for beginners and it get me out of the sofa! Thanks😘

방금 따라했는데 나이가 있다보니 2세트하고 숨고 살짝 차고 어지럽기도 하고.. 여튼 운동부족인거죠. ㅋㅋ 코로나때문에 야외활동도 힘든데 운동 많이 됐습니다 내일은 3세트 모두 끝까지 해봐야겠어요

Woah! I enjoyed doing this routine although I can feel my muscles burning. I also sweat a lot while doing this exercise. Btw, how many calories can I burn while doing this?

어제 첨으로 영상을 보다가 저렇게해서 운동이되겠어 ?그러면서 따라하지 않다가 오늘 한번 따라해봤는데...진짜 땀이 장난아니네요😅끈기가 없어서 운동을중도에 포기를 하는데 웬걸.,끝까지 따라해봤는데 장난 아니네요😆이제부터 운동은 이걸로 쭉~~~55kg.목표를 향해 가즈아~~~~감사합니다..🤗🤗복 받으세요~~8/30 1일차

오빠들! 원래 운동을 잘안하는데.. 5분운동영상이라도 중간에 그만해요 ㅠㅠ 근데 이영상보고.. 몸추지않고 30분동안 따라했어요!! 매일매일 이렇게 운동하겠습니다! 감사합니다!!!^^
