Hello, everyone!
In the meantime, we've introduced four minutes of high intensity exercise on Allblanc TV.
For the first time, we've designed an aerobic routine that you can easily follow at home.
This is a simple exercise you can do at home and sweat like rain.
In the video, you can see that Mark and I are sweating a lot over time.
We planned and experienced it ourselves, and the consumption of calories in this exercise was great. Especially because of the high calorie consumption, we also felt that the lower abdomen became more rigid and slimmer:)
