First reduce quantity of tea, next slowly take half sugar. Even a sip of tea is drinking tea. So try to take it only 2 or 3 sips. Slowly you can reduce. Mostly avoid morning take only evening. In a month you will see the craving for Tea coffee reduces. I did this only.
