Trust me, Mr.RajaBaron is one of the best coaches and more importantly best hearts out there. I liked the 3*Bench ,3*incline,3*Decline ,flies and cable cross over chest routine but more than that the words of wisdom to do your workout despite your food choices(Sambar or chicken) stands out. Mr.Rajabaron, your words to be self contended and work towards one's upliftment and happiness deserves applause. Long live Baron Anna !!

@@utubevenky Actually the Sets he is Telling still need some Corrections. And the last set of that( that cable fly) wont affect the muscles in an effective way. You might need different machine or need to do with single ided cable flys The Thing I wanted to convey you is you need to pick up atleast 90% effective set instead of 60% effective set. Even if you do the both sets correctly. You should change the sets periodically to activate different muscle groups You can do research on this

Most of the youtubers nowadays becoming coach and conducting programs. but after some years only they are realising some basic sets that they doing wrong for so many years. I am not saying rajabaron, some other people i saw nowadays becoming coach and practising with people bodies Lol So keep searching and learning

@@praveenb-xr these r the standard & time-tested chest exercises I believe. also, these r so basic that can be done at a basic gym or even at home (replacing cable cross over with dumbbell flys).

Please create different playlists for different workout routines, fat loss playlist for fat loss videos, chest playlist for chest and similarly for all. Playlists help save time from searching videos about a specific topic in your channel. I don't do any weight related exercises, I only like your channel for who you are. I only do body weight exercises. Creating playlist is helpful for those who want to follow or listen your ideas.

Don't worry, lot of men have this problem. Very difficult to advise wo/ knowing/seeing someone. Based on your words, what you could be needing is fat loss combined with muscle gain . Reducing simple carbs and of course all junk food , increasing protein through eggs and bean types (lean meats if u take NV) could be the way to go.
