E30 325i M-Tech S38-B38 swap timed baaaaad no Power !

This is a Euro E30 Cabrio with S3838 swap/conversion done in Germany.
Its got not optimum cams.
Bad cam timing.
Not optimum exhaust system.

We tuned most ECUs. This one is on Haltech-2000

@@chicomaxima1 Hi, we can do both. In most cases we use the original harness and add injector/ignition wiring etc to keep the cost down, been doing this for the passed 10+cars. Also the injector harness is integrated in the original factory square tube to retain OEM visual appearance when the hood is open. Building a custom harness will save give or take 2+/-lb in weight
