It seems like you'd get slightly faster toolchanges if you move the brush in the same move as lowering the bed. Only a second or so, but if you're printing with a lot of toolchanges that could add up pretty fast.

I'd love to install such an adjustable axis on my jubilee but i need to figure out how to swivel it into the build area, so that all the tools can reach it, and i can have multiple functions like brush, pebble whiper and piezo tool length probe on there.

This is really neat. Though… couldn’t you just have two brushes in different places?

This is great. Any chance of getting the pebble wiper integrated into this? It seems a bit more reliable than a brush. But could benefit from being raised and lowered.

I'll admit I haven't watched the full video yet, but can't the hotend be adjusted up/down in the mount, so the nozzle ends up roughly at the same height?

in the best case not without changing the (metal) parts of the tool, in the worst case it's impossible - e.g. the Hemera doesn't allow for much play since it is such a hefty unit. It is much easier having adjustable brushes then to try to reach a certain height when designing a new tool (I can say from experience)
