It seems like you have a really did any tuning with your motorcycle scooter seeing how you're kicking it like that it looks stock completely except the nitrous can .? What you running under the hood I'm going up against this guy with a turbo once I get my bike fixed on a track way in Virginia 60 for $10 wish me luck I might get a bigger nitrous can for mines and I'm running a 92 or 93 CC and my scooter that's the biggest you can get for a GY6 50cc or any scooter for that matter with a 50cc system didn't want to 150 the 90s are a lot faster anyways

How did you find an oil that mixes with Alcohol/E85?

castrol a747 for example. It has to be ricin oil based or castor oil, ester based oils dont mix
