When I first played Sims 3 as a preteen, this house? I considered it the PEAK of housing for my sims Forget the mansions. I considered my sim made when I could afford that house. Its interesting to see how you went in and changed it up a bit!

I rarely keep an EA shell exactly as they made it, but once I added a new roof I decided to keep the shell the same bc it was so funky and cool.

Honestly I find most mistakes doing the first person tour. Idk why more simmers dont do a tour, for me its my favourite part, the speed build is the stressful part lol

I never did like that house. But would love to reno it now. I have found cc stand alone showers that I set up with a bath tub as it's a bath/shower stall. Only glitch is the sims step thru the tub wall to use the shower. But I love it. Give it a try, just turn on moveobjects on to get it to work.

Ha, loved the malachite kitchen and the blue bedroom (especially happy to see the dark cabinets - I used to work for a cleaning service and consequently hate, loathe, and abhor light cabinets so much that I won't even let my sims have them, lol 😅). And I actually liked the color pop siding mixed in with the grey stone on the exterior - it was fun and quirky while also looking attractive and modern - great job walking that thin line! 😁 I've never actually lived in this house, but I have had architecture jobs in it; it's definitely a fun house to work with.

Hey friend. I just wanted to let you know. That I have literally gutted the interior and exterior Landgraab Estate and made it into an 21st Century mansion. Nothing but the front walk is all gone now. Even moved the front door to the side of the house where the kitchen use to be. But I have a question. I want to create my own save file for Sunset Valley and share it. How do I share this save file? If you can help, I'd appreciate it.

Bathrooms... for a half bath I can do 3 tiles with the door in the middle, but this means if there's a puddle they can't mop it up. For a full bath I avoid 3x2 because if the door has to go on the left side of the 2-wall (so the toilet is on your right as you walk in) the shower/tub I prefer isn't usable, so I prefer 2x4 or 3x3. But for a luxurious bathroom, I need at least 12 tiles, and I just can't justify going any bigger than 15 unless I'm building with a really Donald-Dumpy sort of character in mind.

I love building but I can only build so much before my ADHD makes it feel like torture. Also. I have to keep adding additions to houses because the sims in my current save are singehandedly making a baby boom year. im so tired of building

I love making builds and perfect stuff too with perfect sims that match the builds Otherwise i cant enjoy gameplay as much But rarely ill play premades with the purpose of building their life and move them into a house so that i can build hahaha I also have a rule where the door entering the room always has to have the handle on the left idk why
