the sims 2 is the best though

VERY important one. Conversational momentum. Basically, if you're switching between Romantic, Friendly, and Funny, you will not unlock the additional interactions. Getting married, going steady, etc, you have to build up romantic momentum. Think of it like emotions in Sims 4, your interactions changed based on how the convo is going.

Sims 3 was available for Java/Symbian phones and also all the expansion were available as well , that was a time when phones were considered seriously from a developer perspective , while today All the app store is full of low class polygon games with full of ads

I just bought myself a new gaming computer for Christmas (with my parents help) and I'm finally back to playing the sims 3, my old computer couldn't handle them, and I've always wanted to learn how to make L shaped stairs, I just tend to get so confused when it comes to the leveling tools! I didn't realize you were making two houses at first, but this is all stuff I tend to get confused about. lol I think I'll watch it again to see if I can learn more from it.

My gripes with TS3 as someone who started with bustin out is the controls are wonky on PC. The modding being finicky also doesn't help.

maybe it’s just bc i’m getting used to it again, but i used to play both 3 and 4 pretty regularly, and after like eight years of not playing 3 i re-downloaded it a few weeks ago. it’s better in most ways but the ONE thing is that i definitely prefer building in TS4. TS3’s build mode mechanics are very clunky and awkward, and i do often find myself missing architectural features in the sims 4 (primarily platforms, glass roofs, roofing tools in general, etc) also as someone who primarily plays in city worlds like Bridgeport and San Myshuno, i enjoy building apartment buildings and townhouse rows, and even though the pack is glitchy as hell, i do often find myself missing the ability to make rental units in For Rent when i play TS3

Theres even a removed getting caught cheating cutscene that can be triggered by two sims cuddling in a bed with trainer

I wish you would've touched a bit more on the behaviour of the sims. Sims in Sims 4 act so goofy that it takes away all my immersion into their stories because how am I supposed to take a sad sim seriously if they look like a picasso painting?

I'm loving this series 😊 The ugly Sims in the Sims 3 is all part of it's charm. I always like my Sims to look different and weird, beautiful all the time is boring. My Lunar Lakes baby count is now 42! 😅

I needed this videos because I used to play TS2, TS3 and now 4, but TS3 felt always quite overwhelming to me and also, really LAGGY, it's not well optimised (but it seems to work nicely on my computer now) so, I used to stay on TS2 until it didn't work anymore on my computers...but I feel lost with everything to do in the Sims3 😮 thank you for making this video.

Do you think EA made sims 4 the way it is to gain players and then hope they discover sims 3 and end up getting sales increased for the earlier sims games?

You want to talk about sims 3 traits? Nothing, i mean fucking nothing tops inappropriate or kleptomaniac. Nothing is better than inappropriate sims getting the mail nude, trying to kiss strangers at parties, and making conversations awkward with acquaintances but not friends. Similarly kleptos will steal almost anything, i do mean almost anything. Ive seen kleptos steal everything from big ass restaurant signs, park benches and even a fucking light pole off the street. What makes all this better is sims in 3 do these things on their own if you leave them to make their own choices where in sims 4 they just get mood effects or whims based on it. Sims 4 only has things affect moods and whims which were boring to begin with, sims 3 has it affect wishes, actions, relationships, and their default behavior. You can have a klepto steal, but they also do it on their own simply because they can and they're fuckin sneaky too, ive missed it everytime i wasnt watching closely, i just catch it later when i go to check the mail or pay the bills and see "return stolen items"

I think if people stopped buying the Sims or if there is a big drop in sales, I really think if people speak out to the company to update the game Sims 2 it could happen. To buy a new set would be very expensive nowadays besides everyone is coming up with mods. Hope are people coming up with these mods? Does the company care if you make your own mods to the game? Just some questions because I have the full set of Sims 1 & Sims 2 the games haven't been played since 2010 😊 I haven't installed them as of this time. Any suggestions on how I go about added mods to the game , where I can find lot's of mods and does the company provide something to update legally 😅 Tyia.
