Your video "Truth about Ferrari ownership" came up in my recommendations.. got curious and clicked on it. Ended up watching this video and other 'how to be successful' videos multiple times rather than the videos showing your possessions. Thanks for the straight to the point guidance that very few people talk about. Kind regards, from a fellow Londoner.

So True. I left a high paying high stress career I hated and now repair bicycles for a living, which gives me time to cycle more which I love and spend time with my family. You are my hero. I now have a youtube channel and work on bikes and am happier than I ever have been because I am doing what I love: helping people ride their bikes better.

Among the people who need to watch your videos are (very) busy and entreprenuers and intrapreneurs. When one is extremely busy, dealing with business demand, working long hours the haze and the rush of 'busyness' can be counter productive. One loses sight of fundamentals, one needs reminding of what one already knows but easily forgets in theday to day cut and thrust . Being successful and having a thriving business actually calls for constant real time guidance and learning, so thanks for this Ethan. If I may I'll repeat this message in one or two of your current videos

It kind of depends what you want to do when choosing a target market. I have a friend who makes furniture. He's very good at it and makes expensive fine pieces for the well off. He chose to do this because he didn't want to build a big company selling high volume low cost but wanted to keep it small but target a high end market. His business is successful and he only needs to employ a couple of people to help him. His clientele like exquisite workmanship and top quality materials and are prepared to pay a premium for it so he makes a good living at it too. In this sense he is more successful because he achieved what he wanted to achieve.

TY again. In the short time of subscribing to your channel, and binge watching, I have discovered I am making different decisions, taking different actions then just a few short days ago. To arrive at mediocrity, work on your weaknesses. To achieve great success, work on your strengths, I would conclude from this part 2 vlog. Success and security do not work hand in hand. Words from the other videos, I have watch which have had a great influence: If your goal Is a Lamborghini, and you own a VW, don't step to an Audi, then other vehicles to a Lamborghini. Make the Lamborghini the next goal, the next step. Stop giving yourself little rewards, because you have not made it to your goals. Great words. The other example was finding someone to pave your rear garden.

Hi Ethan, not sure if you have done the 3rd part already but here is maybe a nice item for that. What about people, like me, who have tried several times and haven't managed to find success and now find themselves in their 50+ with less physical and mental power to try again putting aside the disappointments. And also, when do you think it is time to say "enough is enough" and settle down in life with your disappointments and frustrations. Thanks for your videos.

I am afraid you have failed the first test when you said “not sure”. It means you are not able to find things in life yourself and want others to help you. The secret of success is to open your own doors!

@@EthanFromLondon I understand, thanks for your kind reply. I have downloaded the book you suggested about Steve Jobs. Is there anything else you can recommend me to read on how to learn to open my own doors? Thanks in advance and have a good start of the week.
