And I want to commend you on the nice camera work! It makes it so much more fun to watch if you can see the whole game at the same time without moving the camera around. If you ever watch the tournaments, they never move the camera at all. I appreciate all the games that you share with us, and I think if those round bumpers at the top get a rebuild, they’ll be a lot more action up there. You do great work!

Nice that you like it. You also look at many of my older videos and there that is (unfortunately) often not the case. However, many of these pinball machines have left my collection, so I can no longer make updated videos of them. Sad but true. Greetings from germany.

Wow, I thought I was lucky, finding an Eager Beaver, here in the U.S.! Very nice machine you have! I am working on mine, which has some drop target issues. It came that way when I bought it from a fellow in Maryland, about 18 months ago, but I got sidetracked, and I am just starting on it again. I find it interesting that I posted a picture of my playfield on some Facebook group, and someone pointed out the "extra" post between the flippers, and told me that someone had modified it, and he provided a picture of an Eager Beaver without the post. However, every other machine that I've seen, HAS the post, including yours and mine. Like you said, you wouldn't have very long games without it being there. Good luck with your Beaver! Thanks for the message and the invitation to Pennsylvania. It's basically right around the corner...har har har. But one day I will like to visit you. Yes, the post between the flippers is elementary and definitely belongs there. I even discovered two more slightly drilled holes just above the apron that are most likely intended for two more posts. In such a way that you can stretch rubber on the left and right in the shape of a triangle. I'm going to try this out to take the brutal harshness out of this pinball machine. It reminds me a bit of my Slick Chick pinball machine. As for your problem with the drop targets. I think you most likely have the same thing that I had or that you often have with Williams pinball machines with drop targets: they are not reset properly and immediately fall down again.

Eager Beaver is a great game to both play and admire for its artistic humor. Hopefully you can get it fully operational. I noticed that the kickback shooter lanes next to flippers never changed their value (between 50&100pts), does that only happen when the drop target bonus ladder value gets beyond 300 pts or some other value or were the indicator lites just not being lit up.?

Hello and thank you for your comment. In the meantime i got EAGER BEAVER fully working. In order to increase the value in the two kickback lanes from 50 to 100 points, you must first have hit the corresponding stand-up targets in the upper left or right area of ​​the playfield. However, this was not achieved during the filming of the video. I have now significantly increased the power on the pop bumpers so that it happens much more often. Overall, a very entertaining pinball game that is a lot of fun.

@@Tomyelectronic I have owned two Eager Beavers over the years, first one I bought from Rob Berk , head honcho of Pinball Expo, unfortunately when it arrived, the Backglass was in a million pieces. So it took me a few more years to locate another, this time with BG intact. Though it has been a while since I last played it, having since donated it along with most of my pin collection to the Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda CA. I look forward to your next youtube channel posting with hopefully more EM classics being added to your collection.
