That was a great video. I loved the information that was shown as you went into each development, as well as the house prices. Great information about the area too. Please do more of these. Well done

Enjoyed the drive through Eagle, thanks. I do like the more established neighborhoods and taller trees. Elevation is a nice bonus, as is having a view of the surrounding mountains. Anything in Eagle zoned for farm animals, like chickens or maybe a horse or two?
@livinginidaho Жыл бұрын
Having trees is great. They provide the right amount of shade in the summers. Yes you will find lots of places in 🦅 that allow for animals. I live in boise and see chickens and horses :)

Can you make a video about the school options for kids. Unless you already did and I haven't came across it yet lol

Ideally i would like a new build but i would happily take a pre owned home with little elbow grease in a nice up kept neighborhood

We find a lot of our clients lean that direction. What would you look for in a new build?

Is there a public ice skating rink in Eagle?
@livinginidaho Жыл бұрын
There is ice skating at the Village center off Eagle rd. There is also snow tubing at Eagle Island State Park
@208cindygirl Жыл бұрын
@@livinginidaho That is an outdoor rink and not very big. The indoor ice skating is far east from Eagle, on the outside of Boise by a strip mall. It's actually very nice, and we went there many times with a church group. If you are a real estate agent, you really should have done your homework, or maybe gone to church. Look it up.

@@samsungtaco11 home prices are coming down. Instead of homes going 20-40k over I’m starting to see 20k+ under asking. Will be interesting to see how things pan out as the year continues. What’s making you want to leave Texas?

The people and the outdoor activity are probably great but man is the scenery bland.

These houses over a million. Absolutely ridiculous. Who in their right mind would pay that? And where did that money come from. The average person in Boise probably wouldn't make a million (after taxes) their whole career.

Sorry man....these rich ppl got me angry. A lot of people work hard and make an honest living...and can barely afford rent in Boise area.

I don't set the prices, just help people in the process. Eagle isn't for everyone.
