Some takeaways from me:
• I noticed when putting this video on KZbin that you don't have a link to your LinkedIn profile on your portfolio. Make sure people can get in touch with you multiple ways!
• I would love to see more details about each of the projects on the home page so that I can determine which of the case studies will be most the most valuable use of my time.
• Really great example of showing "outcome over output" in the research section. You should highlight that section a bit more. Show off that brain of yours! That's why you will get hired as a UX designer - because you understand how to find solutions, not just complete tasks.
• I like the idea of using Notion as a free website for your portfolio. It's easy to update and refresh, and doesn't require a lot of effort. It doesn't give the user any excitement, though, and the UI patterns are not necessarily familiar to everyone (yet).
• Your Duelit case study was really robust on the UX Research and really light on the UX. In fact, except for user flows, I wasn't sure where the UX came into the picture. Mostly it was research and UI design.
• Tell me a story! I don't care about user persona's, but it's really nice to have the thread of a user's experience tying the story together. Something that would have been really nice would be hearing about the problem from the user's perspective: "This is Kai. Kai has been playing Duelit since the first day it launched and they are feeling a little bored with the interface. The team at Duelit noticed that hey don't pick up their phone as many times per day as they used to. (Only 12 times compared to 43 at an all time high 18 months ago!)" It's okay if that story is just a made-up imagining, the story lets the reader self-insert and build an emotional connection.

Hey Team! Today we have another in the series of Early Career Designer Portfolio Reviews, where I conduct a kind of UI assessment called a Cognitive Walkthrough. I review an early career designers portfolio and resume and give feedback for ways to improve it as they look for a job in the UX industry.
I’m Maigen Thomas, and my mission is to empower early-career technologists with the real-world skills and industry-recognized experience they need to reach their next level of socioeconomic success.
You can find out more about me at maigenthomas.com
I publish weekly at www.patreon.com/maigenux where I hope you'll join an awesome crew of folks as I provide motivation and mentorship, build an apprenticeship agency to employ early-career designers and teach UX as I do UX.
