The more i am getting into gym training , more I can relate to what you feel and express in vlogs. Finishing gym early surely kills almost everything to look up to for the day for me. I treat it as a get away from my Studies and problem solving sessions (being a CS student). These raw and unfiltered expression of emotions are very uncommon in today's creators, keep them coming and keep inspiring !

I would recommend you to get some blue light filter lenses/glasses ,they've been extremely comforting to my eyes and take away like 90%of the eye strain from looking at screens , Zeiss lenses is the one I'm using personally

@Saket .. big fan I am complete beginner Started home workout using weights How to coverup with the dominant side of my body My left arm while doing biceps and triceps gets failed very early and I cannot repeat the next set … I have to take longer break to recover my arm for the next set… Please suggest something to get over this problem 😞

Saket i have noticed that you are benching on incline for a long period of time..... For a change try flat benching in compound and incline bench fly in isolation. Personally my chest has blown up when i started doing these movements. Maybe flys give you more stretch that is why it works. All the best👍

Hey Saket if you are reading this, I have IBS since March. And I have lost significant weight ( 73 kgs to 60 kgs and I'm 5'11 ), Still fighting and trying my best. Worst part is mera gym choot gya hai. Please make a video about the topic, I miss gym a lot but since my diet is all messed up and I can't drink shakes anymore it seems very difficult for me to start again. Hope you make a video about this topic someday.

i'm not saket but i was also in a similar situation where i had fractured and tore ligaments in my leg and had to take off from the gym for like 8 months , my advice would be is to start one thing at a time , small steps everyday and eventually you'll get back into your routine , just start , and start now , one step at a time every single day , hope you get better dude!

Apurv sharma even im suffering from ibs since 5yrs..even i can't hit the gym and i can't eat many of the foods that should be added in the diet I'm recovering slowly by taking homeopathic medicines.i suggest not to workout at gym instead do a little exercises at home that's the best for u.
