I usually throw a Huddleston or a jointed Glide Bait. I never tried my 9” Bucca Shad in the Fall or Winter ..Keep us updated on that swim bait !!! 👍

Nice. But I'll have to swap the spinnerbait for a jerkbait. Interested to see if the Bull Shad will produce for you in the winter, the segmented baits seem to lively for cold water. I normally just crawl a Huddleston.

I recently tried using a tube as a trailer on my jigs during the colder months and was surprised how well it worked. I suppose the extra bulk and slightly slower fall from the air inside made the difference. Even tried the old trick of stuffing a little cotton inside the tube (without the alka-seltzer) to get a few extra bubblies. Always fun trying something new.

Would you consider a segment on one of your Florida videos to break down the spawn patterns in climates that don't really have normal winters (Florida, California, out here in Nevada)? There is almost no info on this available to anglers. Love your content!

@@Flukemaster That would be great! We sometimes fish in the Sebring Fl area and have no idea when they might spawn, I've heard it could be even multiple times per year. Water Temps rarely drop below 60 degrees in the winter and can be in the 70s.

I fish Lake of the Ozarks alot. And I prefer a 1/2 oz. Black and black flipping jig with a Uncle josh pork trailer.
