I love this yoga class so much that I must have come back for at least six times. At the 16:15 interval, I use a block at the lowest setting to support my back. I feel great with this stretch. Thank you Paula.🙏

Hi Paula, I was just wondering how do you decide how long to lie in savasana at the end of a practice? Is there a science behind it or is it just personal preference? I tend to avoid savasana during the day as I have a tendency to fall asleep..
