Styles come and go... Beards have been back in since a little after I grew mine out, they were still considered lame when I did and if they go outta style again I'll give zero clucks. Mustaches have come back too, and I don't give a damn how cool they are it still ain't my thing, but to each their own. (Like for real I think his stache is pretty lame but I encourage him to not care what some asshole like me thinks. Shaq gotta b Shaq baby) No one should give a hot damn what's popular. Funny enough this is the reason why I've been eating more veggies. He makes it look so much easier to make a flavorful veggie dish. I know lots of recipes are out there. But they tend to be mostly one or two veggies and a lot of other things around it I.e. sauces. Meanwhile here in the video he incorporates so much into one and makes it look like it had a lot of flavor layers.

Thnx for the recipies! I can share mine, although i have no knowledge on thebtopic, its just something that i like (i am no chef....nor i have conducted relevant studies) Ok, here it goes. Tomato, haloumi cheese, brocoli florets, cabbage, zuchini and oyster mushrooms all diced, baked in the oven. Once baked, this is the "filling" for a gigantic french baquet 😁, so, i put on the filling, pour in some tabasco and cover the baquet with cheddar cheese, in the oven to heat the baquet and to melt the cheese. And then, i need a soda or something caused im about to explode 😂

Tip for Eggplant: Prior to cooking, season the outside with kosher salt and allow it to sit on paper towels for about a half hour. Blot the liquid off or just rinse under cold water after. The salt will pull some of the bitter liquid out of the eggplant and make for a sweeter, more flavorful bite. You’re welcome.
