Easiest Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

These vegan peanut butter cookies cookies are my absolute favorite recipe to make. They couldn't be easier and they are so delicious- every person I have made them for has absolutely loved them! Full recipe veggieworldrec....
Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
3/4 cup flour of choice
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup plant milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, and plant milk together.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
Then, mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
Form the batter into about balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
Using a fork, lightly press down on the cookies in an X shape, until you get the checkered board look that you see in the photos.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
After the cookies cool, feel free to dip the cookies in chocolate, add strawberry jam to the top, or just enjoy as is!

Just run it in the blender and it’ll become more runny, releasing the oils. Or use a food processor. Good luck!

Substitution for creamy no stir peanut butters are natural or organic peanut butters (listed as one or two ingredients - peanuts and salt) that contain the natural peanut oil sitting on the surface level of the peanut butter, those are delicious!!

100% peanuts peanut butter Oat milk or coconut milk I thought baking soda was vegan anyway??

The peanut butter is made up of 100% peanuts so it’s vegan. Baking soda is also vegan. And there are plenty of dairy free milks like almond, oat, rice, cashew, coconut, etc. This particular one was oat. So it’s all vegan☺️
