I get the really thick foam for free from a furniture shop that gets it and the really thin wood (I use that for crafts) in the crates sent to them. I use it for my antique glass shipping

That foam sheeting is what some furniture manufacturers use as well as custom picture frame places. I used to get it from the Aaron Bros dumpster by the ton! Then they went OOB sadly.

On Dollar Tree food items also keep an eye out for expired items for either resale or personal use. It doesn't happen often but does happen especially on frozen & canned food. I like the Mama Celeste Pizza for Ones & on occasion I have found them expired by months.
