EASILY make 8.6 BLK brass, no anneal, just size and trim, see description for more steps and detail

Step 1, 4, 5 are required
1 find brass: 308 win winchester, 6.5 cm hornady
2 cut to 1.7” in chopsaw
3 deburr in and out side of case mouth
3a anneal if wanted
4 lube and size lanolin or lee h20 based lube, or imperial wax
5 trim to 1.685”
6 deburr in and out side of case mouth
7 inspect in chamber or sheridan case gauge, or micrometer

I have 6.5 creedmore brass. But my Lee C model press that I broke (brass got stuck in the die) but have not been able to size the shoulder to fit in Sheridan case gauge. I think I need a breach lock press. I am using Lee equipment

The lee press should work. Not all 6.5 brass will work. Make sure to use hornady 6.5 or winchester 308. You’ll have to bottom out the die on the shell holder. It will be just at the Sheridan’s max using lee shell holders and lee dies. After fire forming it will be easier. Make sure to use imperial wax or lee lube. Sorry for being so late

Thanks for watching and lee should be able to fix ur die for 15 or u can drill and tap the case out. Sorry to hear about the press. we all do it and have to learn the hard way 🙁
