This one was very gentle and effective. I noticed at the beginning all these feelings popping up--little insecurities and fears about the future. By the end of this short set, I had clarity and an understanding of how worry/fear/anxiousness manifests in me. This was a good start to my day!

OH MY GOD this is THE yoga practice for me. This is so far the most effective at calming me down, I guess I have anxiety all this time. I almost teared up too. Released the deep seated emotions that I can’t access via normal yoga. Thank you I feel more at peace now 🙏🏻

My favourite so far! I don't know about anyone else but I am aching all over like I've been doing intense hourly workouts each day?! My legs, my arms, my shoulders are aching like crazy! Sat nam, it is all a matter of continuum. You know what healthy choices are and what harms you, and it’s safe to assume any excess of anything would not be good for you. But as long as you are moderate with hour caffeine intake and feel strong and healthy you should be fine

@@Kundalinilounge Thank you very much for your detailed answer. I just want to let you know that I am on medication (Kratom) for depression. I take it everyday. Its similar to anti depressants but its from a plant. But it still gets me high. Is it ok to be taking this everyday while on my kundalini practice? I heard that its not good to do kundalini yoga while on medication. But i'd hate to give up kundalini

When I was doing the kriya with my arms out to my sides, I began feeling a pretty hard thumping in both of my ears. I kept going but it felt like pressure had built up in both of my eardrums. I would have stopped had we gone much longer. Have you ever heard of this? It was like a heartbeat in both my ears. Thank you!

Sat Nam. Haven't heard that before but hearing heartbeat may be caused by high blood pressure. Please feel free to take breaks or even stop the practice if it doesn't feel right. It may also be a good idea to check your doctor whether it is safe to practice. Blessings

I heard this too! I thought it was part of the track hahah, It stopped after like two "heartbeats" so im not completely sure. Maybe it could be pressure from everything built up too (like my anxiety)

I am unable to bend down to reach my toes like you are. Barely any movement. Can you do a beginner routine for guys to gain flexibility?
