This Trident Farm in minecraft will give you a lot of Tridents, Copper and XP!
This farm is made in 1.20 but will work in 1.21 too! The perfect Early Game Trdient farm. This farm works great in Windows10, MCPE, Xbox, PS4 and Nintend Switch

To increase the mob spawning for drown and other aquatic mobs they prefer 2blocks tall water and the also prefer spawning in pack ice increasing mob spawning

2 block wouldn’t make any difference . Drowns spawn in waves so it would be the same amount but this might make it worse because drowns wouldn’t go to the middle

but drowns don't actually spawn in zombies spawn in and become drowns when they drown in the water down in the pillar

Love this build, I built this is creative, dont really need the dropper, just need a sword with looting 3 to get the tridents.. Oinkoink keep up the great farm builds and also i took the advice of other comments to build the rooftop! Awesome work

You need the dispenser to get full durability tridents, using looting III will get you low durability tridents

Tip: If you play on servers with disrespectful players with an only 1 player sleep, this farm won't work. But I discovered that it can still work on day time by just adding oak leaves roof, note that the roof must be 3 blocks up from the farm

water surface should be good. Start from sea level and as soon as you reach the water surface, count to 100.

Because you are over the ocean and so far up it will only spawn drowned. However if you put a roof on the farm then it will also spawn other mobs.

Mine didn’t work either so I went in creative and found out when I’m above the farm they spawn so I went back to survival and built up 6 blocks with a platform right outside of the stairs and it works great just wait up there for them to spawn and then go down
