Eating healthy? Well compared to highly processed food, yeah. But maybe that is just one meal of the day. The other meals may be actually healthy. Eating healthily is relative in this recipe.

Healthier version would be tapioca starch instead of cornstarch, coconut aminos in place of soy sauce and Maple Syrup or honey or even maple sugar instead of brown sugar. But thank you looks great I’m gonna try your recipe my way and see if it’s good which I’m sure it will be.

Get rid of the rice. Replace with lentils. Chicken thighs are better than breasts, but eggs are even better. The little bit of sugar in sauce is no big deal.

@@Sosoamorie it's all high glycemic index starch. But that's a big pile of rice. There is way more calories of high GI rice there than the little bit in the sugar and cornstarch. But yeah it's all bad carbs. A trickle of oil isn't going to hurt much. But he should be useing oil olive.

I think the entire country of Japan, the longest living race on earth, would disagree that solely by adding soy and fats to a meal it is therefor unhealthy. Everything in moderation and lots of veg hopefully in the other two meals a day. This looks delicious and on the menu tonight 🙏

This is NOT "healthy". Just the frying and soy sauce make it UNHEALTHY! Healthy: (adj.) indicative of, conducive to, or promoting good health. These YT videos need to STOP lying to their viewers!
@rthemotormouth042 ай бұрын
Believe it or not, the human body can consume and process fats and sugars and starches. Eating chicken, rice and soy sauce isn’t inherently unhealthy as a meal. There is so much misinformation about food out there that comments like this dissuade people from eating balanced meals. People see this kind of sentiment and decide that eating fast food or processed food is better because it’s all unhealthy anyway.
@MarkLewis...2 ай бұрын
Yes, and you're that "misinformation". I have almost 40 years of experience in cooking and running successful restaurants, as well as Hotel/Restaurant Management, serv-safe certification, and dietary. Food and how it's prepared has a cumulative affect on the body. Your food is NOT "healthy".
@rthemotormouth04Ай бұрын
@@MarkLewis... pan frying something is not inherently unhealthy, nor is soy sauce. They are both things that can be done in excess but on their own in one meal there really is not much harm being done to the body. Trying to appeal to your ‘authority’ doesn’t really work when what you are saying is wrong. Is there any reason why you actually believe it is unhealthy?
@MarkLewis...Ай бұрын
@@rthemotormouth04 You're confused. My "authority" isn't a logical fallacy, though you try to make it sound that way. Funny, you try to set yourself up as an authority, but unlike you, I have extensive experience in all the things I said and you're just 20 years old, with no experience, selling lies for money on the internet. I looked at your videos and so many of them are fried (source of bad cholesterol) and full of soy and other sodium products. Just because you drizzle honey on something doesn't magically make it healthy. So, you say it's heathy when not in excess, but it sure is in excess in your videos! Your food is NOT "healthy".
@user-mx8fz2kz5rАй бұрын
This look delicious 😍 but With all do respect 🫶🏿❤ this doesn't seem that healthy, it barely has any fiber, has a high glycemic load and is high in sodium. Maybe a side of cream spinach, broccoli…(I dont usually comment on stuff but rn I can't sleep 😂)
