I wish I could post a before and after photo of my belly. After doing exercise with you for 1.5 months, my belly is much more smaller. Though no abs yet, but that’s bc I got too much fat in my belly from my pregnancy. Also, after viewing different KZbinrs videos, yours by far my favorite. Love that you will count the times and the pace of yours is perfect. Not too fast not too slow. Add oil!!
