How do everyone make such good rice. When I use anything but minute rice, I cook it to the instructions, and it end up sticking to the bottom. And I do turn it down low, even did it on as low.as possible one time and it didn't cook, so I had to leave it a bit longer, then it all stuck to the bottom again. So frustrating.

@@hasanhas00n1..... if you have good containers (I tend towards the Pyrex storage glass containers with snap on lids) chicken meals like this will last at least 5 days in the frig....a couple of months in the freezer. Let the meal defrost before you microwave to eat it. I suggest adding some liquid when you reheat, though.... just a splash of water mixed with soy sauce would work, or even some butter.... "In like Flynn" means you've got it made, much like Errol Flynn who was a womanizer and who was very good at it, hence the phrase. Errol Flynn had many women throwing themselves at him daily. He preferred them 12-17 years old and was regularly "serviced" by young women while sitting in the makeup chair at the studio. He used women (girls) like tissue paper, throwing them away every day. In his day Errol Flynn could have any woman he wanted with zero effort. That is the origin of the saving "In like Flynn". From a documentary on the discovery channel.
