Seriuosly my husband and I have never cooked, have zero cooking skills but randomly discovered your videos a couple weeks ago and have watched probably most of your library at this point! We've switched from a fully frozen food/canned style diet to making DELICIOUS meals all thanks to you😁 Always found cooking shows a bit boring until now - your show is highly amusing. Hi Sam, greetings from Thailand. I tried your Patty Melt recipe today and it was amazing. Although it didn't look as good as yours, but it tasted really good. I think you should try more Thai Menus, many of them will go great with some great quality beef

I was going to say that as well, but you could, probably, do it with a fried burrito using a soup bun like filling. There are a lot of things that wouldn't be that good as a burrito, but you could still put them in a burrito.

I bought my wife a garlic press for Christmas stocking stuffer (plastic). First time she tried to use it, yup the basturd broke! So please pass on one of those metal garlic presses. I've made a few of Sam's recipes and this one was among the best. I didn't have 2 bell peppers but did use a whole green bell, and my sesame oil was toasted. But it turned out great. Thanks Sam and crew for another great dinner. I can see us making this one again, maybe next time with shrimp.

Yay!!! (Old favorite.) Sauce: ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, grated carrot, minced bell pepper, minced fresh tomatoes, onion and garlic powder, mix and simmer in a small saucepan while you cook the rest.(The original recipe came from a little book called'The Way & the Wok" & it's the best.) Yours is similar but more spice, will definitely try it.
