For this recipe, you will need:
🔸 Ingredients:
- 8 sheets, Yaki Sushi Nori
- ½ oz Cucumber, trimmed and cut into ¾ inch thick strips
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 4 oz Kimbap Ham, cut into ½ inch thick strips
- 5 ½ oz Carrot, thinly shredded
- 4 oz Imitation Crab Meat
- 4 oz Yellow Pickled Radish Strip for Kimbap
- 2 oz Seasoned Burdock Strip for Kimbap
- 8 Sesame Leaves
- Salt
🔸 Kimbap Rice:
- 2.3 lb Cooked Rice
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
- Salt, to taste
🔸 Mayo Tuna:
- 8 oz Canned Tuna
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
🔸 Spinach Muchim:
- ⅓ bunch Spinach, trimmed and rinsed
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
🔸 Seasoned Fish Cake Strips:
- 2 ½ oz Fishcake Sheet, cut into 1 inch thick strips
- 1 tbsp Green Plum Syrup
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oligo Syrup
