When I looked up 3 cups of bread flour I got 360g.

Apologies for the confusion. I have specified at the start of the video and in the video description the amount of bread flour in g and oz due to the fact that cup sizes may differ in different parts of the world. Measurements do tend to vary due to other factors such as the type or brand of bread flour used. I would advice you to use the measurements provided in g or oz for better result. Please do let me know what do you think can be done to improve future recipes.☺

I prefer to use only grams when I bake. Not only is it more accurate and universal, but it also saves a lot of washing measuring cups. @@stephaniecuisine

Not every pie is pizza and not every bread is baguette. This is not baguette. There is nothing wrong with making bread or pie. Those are very good, but why call it wrong? It's like I tell you that I made texas bbq and then show you clam chowder.

There are different ways of making baguettes but some recipes are simplified so it would make it easy no matter your cooking skill. I apologise if this didn't meet your expectations. However, there are more recipes to come, I am sure some of them you will love. Thank you for your honest feedback😊
