Terrific recipe! Using chuck for stewing is so much better than using a butchers prepackaged stew meat. You have absolute control over sizing each portion and yours fits the spoon beautifully. Mom used to make Ditalini for us in soups as kids and now they are making a longer version of it sort of like Rigatoni has a Mezzi and a full length .

Awesome. Yes, the ditalini is a good filler and helps the stew to go further like rice or potatoes do in burritos. 🍻

WHY did i watch this while fasting from red meat?? 😒 Now i can't wait for that cold snap to come through! Thats what we call it down here in the south when the cooler days finally break through the heat 😄 I will have to dbl this recipe because I know it won't last in my house! That made your whole house smell heavenly I bet! As always, thank you Chef for coming through💕💕

I didn't realize you were in the South. I spent 3 years in South East Texas. It's where my kids were born. Where abouts are you located?

@@PMGK I'm from Louisiana but I live in Texas as well! As I'm sure you've heard or even experienced, the weather here is bipolar! It can be extreme in either summer or winter. In which BOTH, Texas is STILL not prepared for!

As I knew it would it looks amazing but the only thing is I would need a bigger bowl 😂
@PMGK2 жыл бұрын
Exactly! This bowl just looks good on Camera. It would take me 4 to 5 ladles to fill the bowl I'd normally eat from!😂🍻
