With a giant cup of coffee! That salsa looks awesome. Soy chorizo is surprisingly good and not as spicy as pork or beef chorizo. I like all three but soy chorizo is my favorite for tacos and burritos. I scramble the egg in the chorizo, my sis prefers dicing potatoes for it. And making some frybread! It is too fantastic!

Hi Natasha! Great video. You should try, once the chorizo is ready pour the eggs and start mixing/stirring. So you can have huevo con chorizo mix. But the way you did, also it is a great idea so everyone can put whatever it wants.

That size is like 2 bites per Taco, those Tortillas are for "Street Tacos" something from a Street Vendor or a Bar/Cantina, a spoonful of Meat and some onions, cilantro and a splash of Salsa is all that fits for $2.00+ each, these would be great as Quesadillas though, look those up.

Yum! Love breakfast anything, tacos, burritos, omelets, etc. I would add potatoes as well, Pattie’s, tots, hash browns. Sharky was well hidden. I had to watch a second time and only look for Sharky. I was too busy watching and paying attention to you the first time
