Rujuta atlast, heard from you!!!! Your talks are addictive and atleast I do get withdrawal symptoms if you dont present something as frequently as possible. First of all wish you a very very happy birthday a day belated though. Heard a part of your webinar yesterday. A great way to celebrate your birthday. May God bless you all. This variation is extremely useful. Like you said we may not be able to lie down and do Suptapadangushtasan. I do have a stiff back and legs on getting up which eases as the day progresses. Can't do any exercise in the morning hrs. Shall try this version and see. Thanks for all the comic comments in between. They make your presentation really really interesting. 🙏🙏😊😊

We also have a safety rule for kids AND adults, everyone. Always tell your family members where you are going, with whom, method (train, walk, etc....) and estimated time to be back. And provide contact information, like friend's phone number. Of course, they know where I work and the phone number. If it's a regular thing like school or work, we don't need to do that every day.

fill water in a bottle and freeze to ice later roll it with heel to and fro several times it helps alot ..and wear only special cushion foot wear..try to reduce weight even 2 kg also great relief
