G Day thank you so very much with all of your tutorials for any and everything baking desserts pasty’s my passion but I’ve been trying to find the exact ramekins that you have used in the chocolate brûlée and I was hoping that you might remember where you bought them as I’m in Sydney and l can’t find them anywhere grrr and when I do find something similar the volume of the amount is small or gigantic so I thought 💭 I’d give you a try but if you can’t remember that’s fine, I hope you and your family especially your beautiful daughter are doing well? And I’m sending you lots of love and cuddles 🥰 from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 before I go I have to applaud you and your daughter for the fruit tarts test I have worked in childcare for 25 years and the age I care for is 2-3 year olds I have never seen anything like that you have been teaching her something that is so special and I’m just so proud of the 3 of you as your little lady is growing up to be a very honest lady and you have no problem with her fibbing she’s so special lots of hugs 🥰 Aussie gal who has tired feet and fingers looking for ramekins lol ❤

When I make my crème brûlée I use 100% pure cream for the custard part of the crème brûlée I’ve never seen a recipe with cream and milk 🥛

Creme brulé it suppose to be elegant flavor with vanilla...know with chocholate it is covered by chocolate.... everything dessert we make with chocholate at the end it tastes chocolate...but with milk butter and eggs ...with good qualities products...at the end it will be a elwgant creme!!!
