Great I make ours every year and going all out this year. but like your video which is superb by the way. I am making a shorter one as I already have the step by step version where I bore everyone to death lol
@drekfletch6 жыл бұрын
You can also do the same process to a length of rope to make a garland. Though when I was taught we didn't get to use elastics, we had to wire loose greenery to the frame. That I'm a bit jealous of. It's so easy to tighten the wire so much is just cuts the branch. Usually the perfectly fanned ones.

Great inspiration...and I suppose that in using things like sage, lavender, rosemary and bay for a wreath to be hung inside once Christmas is over you'll have dried herbs for the kitchen! Dual purpose..and I've always got something dangling around the kitchen, lol.

Excellent tutorial. Very jealous you have all of that amazing foliage to work with. As I peer outside, I see snow --some red twigs on the dogwoods, arborvitae and very sparse berries on the burning bush.....not enough for a wreath, yup very jealous.
@drekfletch6 жыл бұрын
If you have a Christmas tree lot nearby, ask if you can collect cast-off branches. Bottom branches from where a tree was trimmed to height. These you can then cut into smaller palm sized tips to wire to the frame.

@sophia1secret5 жыл бұрын
it depends on the foliage, but to keep it fresh looking you should spray it with water when it is looking dry or wilted. That will make it last longer
