EASY CLASSIC CHICKEN PARMESAN Recipe

Classic Chicken Parmesan is as good as it gets! This parmesan crusted chicken is smothered in marinara and melted cheese and has the juiciest chicken breast. Chicken Parmigiana is so easy!

Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan (4 servings):
►1 1/2 lbs (2 large) chicken breаsts cut in half for 4 cutlets
►1/2 cup all-purpose flour
►1 tsp salt, or to taste
►1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►2 large eggs beaten until frothy
►1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
►1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
►2 Tbsp extra light olive oil to sauté or as needed
►24 oz marinara sauce
►4 oz mozzarella cheese (1 cup shredded)
Easy Homemade Marinara Sauce (3 cups):
►2 Tbsp olive oil
► 1/2 medium yellow onion
►3 garlic cloves, minced

Made this tonight for the fam and it was delicious and a real hit. Thank you! Only things I changed was seasoning my flour mixture with salt, pepper, Italian spices and garlic powder. I put salt and pepper in with the Italian Panko bread crumbs and cheese too. Also used a store bought sauce too.. however, might have to try making my own next time (: anyways, thanks for a great dinner tonight!

Making your own sauce is a very easy process. Mine takes a while because I make allot at a time. But a good 40 minute sauce is worth it if your trying to impress. I haven't bought tomato sauce in years at this point. I say give it a try your taste buds will thank you!!

I just made this and it was soooo good my grand-daughter is on the way to pick some up 🙂The chicken was just perfect. I did add some seasoning like garlic powder, onion powder salt and pepper and dried parsley and oregano to the Penko cause that's what I had and added the parmesan cheese 😋👌👍 perfection. Hello again. I told you how Amazingly good your recipes for Lasagna and the Lasagna Roll-ups turned out. I love Italian, and have never thought of Chicken Parm. I had Boneless Skinless chicken thighs in the freezer, so I decided to make this Recipe. Sliced the thighs in half and pounded lightly to even them. Great video. One point though, many jarred sauces are actually restaurant quality. Obviously not all but they are out there. It’s a perception thing when people think because they made it is better or higher quality when it’s really the same ingredients. A good jarred sauce with San marzano tomatoes is exceptional and it’s easy to add an onion and some basil to it.

I made this dinner a few hours ago. It was simple with easy steps. I have done this before and have never thought of seasoning the flour and have italian seasoning bread crumbs. My kids are 12 and 9 years old and picky eaters They loved this recipe. Thank you for all of your delicious recipes.
