Easy Condensed Milk Cake with 5 Ingredients. Soft and Moist Cake

1 Cup Melted Butter
3 Large Eggs at Room Temperature
1 Cup Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1⅓ Cups of Self Rising Flour( 200g)
If not Using Self rising Flour
1⅓ Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
