This looks terrific! I have an air fryer but don't have any great recipes to go with it. I've been using it instead of firing up the whole oven for a small portion since I only cook for myself. A 1-pound piece of pork belly would be just right for 2 - 3 meals. Maybe half with the bean sauce and half with char siu seasoning. I'm going to try it as soon as I get the meat from my local Asian food grocer. Thanks!
