I'm from UK and have been lucky enough to go to Vegas where we had crispy onion in a restaurant - absolutely delicious - this recipe tastes as good, if not better! I was able to source all the ingredients inc hot sauce, only had to run out and get buttermilk. I made them, as my husband overcrowds the pot! Thankyou 😚

Hey love your channel! I just cooked some onion rings too. Used flour, corn starch and panko mix. This was my 1st time making them. Do you think I should dry out the onions to remove excess moisture before frying? I was thinking of toasting them for 20 mins or so before dredging and frying.
