Best tutorial ever! Thank you for posting this video. You're a wonderful teacher. I'm making mine in all white and giving it to my daughter as a bridal shower gift. I saw a similar pattern called bridal rose afghan, this works just as well. Looking forward to watching more of your tutorials.

Mary Vargo​ it's holding up beautifully!!! I'll take a picture of it for you! Looks wonderful on my bed or couch as a throw, but it is heavy, you may want to use a light weight yarn if you make one. Great pattern, I'm planning on making cover's for my throw pillows with it. I also made decorative pot holders as a gift for Christmas lol.

Mary Vargo here is the Afghan, as you can see it came out great and holding up even better! Believe it or not it's over20 yrs old now!!! A lot of delicate washing and drying!!! I forgot to say that I learned to make a similar rose pattern some 25 yrs ago adn made my mom one for mother's day. I was using purples because that was her fav color. As I was making it, she made the comment that she had no idea why I made purple as I didn't like purple that much. I was secretly amused, but my little girl, as kids do, popped up and said, "But Nannie, Momma is making that for you, not her" My mom immediately teared up. Cute, but ruined the Mother's Day surprise.
